Director of Community Affairs
Active in community affairs, Letatia is the Past President of CREW Fort Worth and was honored as CREW Fort Worth’s Member of the Year in 2016. She is an active member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce Women’s Alliance where she served as a Secretary of the Steering Committee during the formation of the organization, as well as member of the Advisory Council for several years. Letatia also served as a Steering Committee Member of Leadership Mansfield and was a Class Participant and Graduate of the Leadership Mansfield’s Inaugural Class of 2011 and a previous Graduate of Leadership Arlington. Letatia is a former board member of the Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce and continues to support the Chamber’s efforts. Her dedication to giving back to the community and supporting others does not go unnoticed. During her 16 years of volunteering with the HP Byron Nelson Championship, now AT&T Byron Nelson, she received the 2007 tournament’s Outstanding Volunteer of the Year award. In 2015, Letatia was honored as Safe Haven of Tarrant County’s Legacy of Women in Business Honorees.
Letatia is a native of Arlington and now lives in Mansfield. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth. In her free time, Letatia enjoys spending time with her family, friends, dogs and playing golf.
Angela has previously worked for the University of North Texas, Tarrant County College, and Texas Tech University. Her main goal in all of her previous positions was to help students reach their potential and obtain a higher education. As the outreach coordinator, Angela’s primary work is dedicated to hiring and training GO Center mentors to help high school students complete college applications, search for scholarships, and apply for financial aid. Angela received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Texas Tech University and her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of North Texas.
